In early 2021, Mark Brick embarked on a new venture with the opening of Groom Haven, swiftly ascending to become the top pet grooming salon in South Baltimore. By 2022, it had become a beloved fixture in the neighborhood. As dog enthusiasts and locals themselves, Mark and the team at Groom Haven prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. From the initial introduction during the first groom, where groomers take the time to bond with each new four-legged client, to the conclusion of every appointment, which includes a survey for feedback from the human clientele, the focus is on ensuring a fantastic experience for all.
