Tasha Tolliver, a senior finance manager and consultant for large companies, identified a gap in the market for pet grooming services during the pandemic. Faced with long waitlists and dissatisfaction with existing grooming options, she decided to start her own company to address these issues. Inspired by her own experience with her pandemic pup, Logan, who was fearful of his groomer, Tasha aimed to create a grooming service that prioritizes the well-being and comfort of pets.
