Meet Karissa, the dedicated owner of Dtails! Her grooming journey began in 2007 with her dog PeeWee, igniting a passion that led her to open her own salon in 2017. After PeeWee's passing, Karissa dove into pet nutrition and health, attending numerous seminars to enhance her expertise. Today, she has three Shih Tzus and three cats, whom she adores. Under her leadership, Dtails has expanded to 15 employees, a high-end pet boutique, a second location in Cumberland, RI, and a mobile grooming van. Karissa’s love for grooming and commitment to pet care drive her thriving business.
