Melissa transitioned from Small Business Accounting to entrepreneurship, inspired by her daughter's experience working at TailWaggers. With her family's support, they ventured into the TailWaggers Doggy Daycare Franchise, opening their first location in Little Chute, WI in 2015, followed by a second in Neenah in 2019. Melissa prioritizes ongoing education for herself and her staff, ensuring they're certified in best practices through on-the-job training and attending industry conventions for continuous improvement.
