Nicoll entered the pet industry in 2005 and began grooming in 2007. She pioneered private appointments and cage-free drying in her area. Recommended by local veterinarians and pet professionals, Nicoll runs a family-owned business with her husband, who joined her as an assistant in 2020. They cherish the relationships they form with their clients and their pets.
