Meet Jana, the owner of A Diamond in the Ruff in Baltimore, Ohio. Jana loves her small-town community and is passionate about the well-being of all its animals. With six years of grooming experience and a background as a doggy daycare attendant, bather, and kennel tech, Jana brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. She is also deeply involved in local rescues, serving as a foster, groomer, adopter, and transporter. Jana believes that every dog deserves to be understood and that grooming should be a positive, enriching experience for them.
