Meet Jana Hayes, a grooming industry pioneer. Trained at Nash Academy of Animal Arts in 2005, she spent a decade managing corporate grooming salons before deciding to empower fellow groomers. In 2018, she opened her own salon, where control over scheduling, pricing, and creativity reigns supreme. Since then, her salon has thrived without a single slow day.
