Shata is a seasoned pet groomer, dog trainer, and animal enthusiast with over 15 years of experience. Certified in HRD Search and Rescue, she specializes in canine protection, obedience, and search & rescue training, particularly with German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois breeds. Recently, she welcomed two Old English Sheepdogs into her family. Living on her family farm in Madison, Alabama, Shata cares for a menagerie of pets including cats, dogs, horses, chickens, ducks, goats, and bees. She cherishes the warm reunions between pets and their owners after grooming, daycare, or boarding stays at The Green Barn. Outside of work, Shata enjoys spending time with her loved ones, decorating the farm for the community, and sharing her expertise with others.
